LLP registration. Charter, application, obtaining the BIN. Charter capital from 100 KZT (in practice ~100 MCI is recommended).
IIN & e-signature. The IIN is obtained in person at a PSC with biometrics (from 2026 — only inside Kazakhstan), then an e-signature for online filing.
Account & tax regime. Opening a bank account and choosing a regime — simplified or general (parameters verified against the 2026 Tax Code).
Legal address & basis. If needed, a genuine legal address by contract. Non-EAEU founders need a C5 visa; EAEU nationals use business-immigrant/RVP status; registration within ~2 months of entry.

Frequently asked questions

Does an LLP grant a residence permit?+

No. An LLP gives business-immigrant status (a C5 visa for non-EAEU nationals or an RVP for EAEU nationals) — temporary residence, not a permanent residence permit. A residence permit is obtained on separate grounds. An LLP can be part of the path but does not grant residence by itself.

Do I need to be in Kazakhstan?+

Usually yes: an IIN, e-signature and bank account typically require your presence. We prepare the documents and company details in advance, then register within 1–3 days once you're here.

Which tax regime should I choose?+

It depends on turnover and activity. We'll choose between simplified and general regimes with a load estimate.

Do you help with accounting afterwards?+
